UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey landed in the top ten of the new Forbes list of the ten highest paid female athletes in the world.
Rousey, who came in at number eight on the list, was estimated at earning $6.5 million from the period of June 2014 to June 2015.
Forbes estimates that Rousey earned $3 million in the two fights she had during that period of time -- a 16-second knockout of Alexis Davis and a 14-second submission of Cat Zingano -- and an additional $3.5 million in movies and endorsements.
The UFC star appeared in three major motion pictures within that time frame -- The Expendables 3, Fast And Furious 7 and Entourage -- and inked endorsement deals with Reebok, Metro PCS, Monster headphones and Buffalo David Bitton, among others.
