George Prajin, attorney and manager of Invicta FC Featherweight Champion Cristiane "Cyborg" Justino, recently took some time to elaborate on the potential lawsuit Cyborg threatened to file against UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey this past weekend. Rousey, who defeated Bethe Correia via 34-second knockout at UFC 190 in Rio de Janeiro, spoke openly about her opinion that Cyborg takes steroids, comments made while in the Invicta champion's home country. Justino, who has finally reached her breaking point with Rousey's allegations, threatened legal action on Sunday evening. Cyborg took to social media and wrote, "Ronda Rousey, you can not slander me with lies in the media. My lawyer will call." Since that initial message, fans have been curious as to whether or not it was a simple threat or something Justino was actually going to be doing. Justino's manager, Prajin, spoke with MMAJunkie.com this week to shed more light on the situation. “We just want to make it clear to her that she’s being reckless with the truth," Prajin told MMA Junkie about Rousey's recent slanderous comments. "If she continues to do that, then Cris is going to weigh her options." Prajin acknowledged that Justino has failed a drug test in the past, but noted that there has been no evidence that she has been using any type of performance-enhancing drugs in over four years. “She would prefer that Ronda stop making those accusations because the evidence supports that she hasn’t used in the last four years,” said Prajin.
