UFC President Dana White has confirmed that Cristiane "Cyborg" Justino will indeed attempt to make 135-pounds for a mega-fight against UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey.
"For her next fight, she’s going to try to make 135 pounds," White said on Friday in an interview with Toronto’s CP24.
"If she successfully makes that weight and wins, then yeah, she can come in and fight Ronda," White added.
"Cyborg" recently signed a deal with Zuffa, while Rousey inked a contract extension with the UFC, so if Justino is able to successfully make 135-pounds, it looks like the MMA world will finally get the Women's MMA super-fight that they have been anticipating for so long.
